They were great and very efficient !

These guys were very good! They do not have a truck fee like most other movers on Groupon .

BEWARE - this business makes promises they do not follow through on. I would Never ever recommend them and if I could have given less than a 1 star rating I certainly would have. This was by far the Worst moving experience I have ever had. When I set up the move I explained at least 3 times that I needed them to bring everything necessary to pack me and move me.

They sent only 2 people

They sent a handful of empty boxes that were not constructed. They did not send Any supplies, No tape, paper to wrap glassware or fragile items, no packing peanuts, nothing at all. I called and expressed my displeasure, the owner told me there was nothing he could do. After the truck was packed and they had left he called me back demanding payment for the full move and said they would not deliver the next day to my location (3 hours away) unless I paid in full up front and unless "begged him" to deliver. I was overcharged and only got it resolved after submitting a complain to the Better Business Bureau
