I am a life time member because 10 years ago I went on their silver plan. I had gone to this location for several months. I did buy one weeks worth of their meals but found it to expensive so I asked my counselor if she would help me via me purchasing my own food and doing my own plan. She agreed but said their program is more for buying their products to lose the weight. I understood. I stopped going because it got to hard but when I went in there to get help again, there was a whole new crew of counselors. I talked to one for about 5 mins and she told me that if I am not going to buy the food to just leave because it was against their policy to waste their time on someone not going with their program.
