Provided by YP.comTHIS IS NOT JCPenneys!!! They took our charge card but will not honor JCP policy and refund our money for luggage WHICH FELL APART FIRST USE...
THIS IS FRAUD!!! Called JCPenneys and they told us we are or own even though it was charged o our JCP card.
Called GE Capital (JCP card) and they said it will be 40 days until they can send a copy of the receipt! Is this not the electronic age?
Guy who answered at JC 5 Star said "We can only take your money, with the JCP card but that is ALL".
How nice!!!
