Founded in 1915, the Institute for Supply Management is a nonprofit supply management association located Tempe, Ariz. The institute leads the supply management profession through research, promotional activities and education. Its membership includes more than 40,000 supply management professionals. It offers Inside Supply Management, a monthly publication that features the Manufacturing ISM Report On Business and purchasing survey for purchasing and supply management professional. The institute provides a wide collection of products, such as books, CDs, DVDs, software, videos, eTool agreements, logo merchandise and study materials. Its publications include the Journal of Supply Chain Management, international conference proceedings, Supplements to Inside Supply Management and spotlight on groups and forums. Institute for Supply Management also organizes seminars, conferences and on-site training programs.
