Provided by YP.comAfter being a customer for 3 years, I called to cancel the monthly service only to be told we missed the "30 day cancellation policy" by 3 days. After explaining that I couldn't find my contract and did try my best to cancel according to what they had told me (years earlier), their take was "sorry". Now I am having to pay for another year of service even though I don't use it! Total scum! I hate businesses that operate more like a bait and switch organization than an actual business. I would NEVER recommend this horrible company.
