When donations are made, it is often necessary to have Gracie's Thrift Store personnel pick up items. At that time, an appointment is made between Gracie's delivery personnel and their thrift store customers for the purpose of picking up donated items. Unfortunately, Gracie's delivery personnel often fail to properly notify customers concerning changes in delivery schedules (i.e., delays or cancellations). This happened to me on two separate occasions. Each time, I felt devalued and disrespected by Gracie's delivery personnel who simply failed to show up for appointments.
