I'd like to offer a review of their service. I called for a delivery order. The flyer I was holding clearly said a $10 minimum for delivery, which is fine. The girl on the phone said I needed a $20 minimum order because of where I lived. I asked her for the boundaries of their service area. When she gave me the boundaries I pointed out to her that I lived within the delivery area. Then she changed the boundaries. I asked her to confirm the boundaries and then she changed them again. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me. I said, "you are the manager and you refuse to give me your name?" Then she said she wasn't a manager but a team leader. At this point I just asked for the regional director's name and contact info. She refused to give me that as well. After I hung up she called back and said that they would deliver to me for the $10 minimum. I asked for the regional director's name and she gave it to me. I politely declined their offer for delivery. I'm not going to patronize an establishment that falsely advertises, can't train their employees correctly and flat out lies to their customers. If you can't trust them in those areas do you REALLY want to trust them with soemthing you are going to eat???????
