I had my Maltese & Long hair Chi with me. The front desk couldn't have been nicer! Everyone was kind, professional & informative. They took care of all my needs (wake up call & shuttle back to the airport) The room was very clean & was updated. Nothing worn or broken. These are the nicest people in this very nice hotel.
