I live in Los Angeles and get out to help my parents approximately once a month, but I was unable to be there for this project. They are elderly, with physical limitations, and needed a bath converted. The salesman ended up talking them into removing the bath and installing a shower, due to my mothers handicaps. I was very skeptical at first, but after talking it over with my parents, I was convinced that this would be the better alternative. Convertabath not only provided an EXCELLENT product, but did it in a prompt, neat, and courteous fashion, taking great care to make sure that my parents were made aware of the entire process and addressing each and every concern. They are ecstatic with the new shower and how well it exceeds their needs and expectations. THANK YOU, Convertabath, for taking such good care of them!!!!

I had a bath tub refinished. They did a great job and were polite and friendly.
