I just moved back to the valley after being away for 11 years. I used to go to B&B when I lived here before but there happens to be a Leslie's Pool right by my house. After a few visits to Leslie's I starting driving the longer distance to B&B. First, when I go to B&B, I get immediate attention - they have many people there to help. Second, I get good advice from people who know what they are talking about. Third, I get things at a much better price. Example: Just bought a pump seal $10 at B&B, would have been $14 at Leslie's. Bottom line: I am totally recommending B&B to anyone. P.S. B&B, ever consider a store location in Gilbert?

I have used B&B for years and always find them to be better priced than Leslies and the knowledge level of their staff cannot even be compared. Great Service, good prices, this is the place to go for pool needs.

B&B has been my primary source of pool knowledge, products and repairs since 1993. Very knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, and they sell products that work. Both Leslie's and Paddock are closer, the results from B&B are worth the drive.

I have been dealing with B&B for over 8 years. AFter dealing with many other stores in town and always feeling that I was not getting a fair deal, I was given a recommendation about B&B from an associate and his advice was excellent. He said that he had seal with them for many years. Over the years my experience has shown that the staff has integrity and are very knowledgeable of the various pool products and solutions. On many occaisions they have given me parts or done in store repairs at no charge. Their prices are more than competitive with other pool stores, including the chain ones. I am always willing to drive the extra mile to support and buy my products from B&B.

A very knowledgeable staff. Always someone there to give you practical advice. Good quality products and service at a reasonable price. Friendly staff... except for one grumpy old guy, but he seems to know his stuff and is really only looking out for you.

These folks do a great job of listening, understanding, and have tons of experience. Free labor on fixing whatever in the store.
