Provided by YP.comterrible service! that's all I will say...the phone number on the yellow pages was to the photo department! The girl who answered the phone wasn't even aware that jc penney even sold women's lingerie! Then I was placed on hold for a VERY long time. Had to call back a few times, because I kept getting disconnected! Very frustrating! Jc Penney, you can and should do better! THANK YOU!
