Worst service I've ever had, anywhere. We've spent thousands over the years with Faith Armory. They got alot bigger and could care less about customer service now. Won't ever go back and will warn others to stay far away.

I recently went in for a Private Party Transfer and was told 15-30 min wait over the phone. 10 minutes later we were in the store and rudely refused service until "the line was cleared", even if people kept getting in line.

Previously had issues with their "gunsmith" installing night sights on a Glock. They made a large dent on the sights and said it was "normal because lots of pressure..."

Rude impatient staff when asking questions. Other stores in the area are much friendlier.

The best gun shop in So Cal, large inventory and great prices! Come here before you buy somewhere else...

I have to say that I am a huge fan of Faith Armory in Temecula! I have bought 10 guns from them and also had several modifications done by Joel their gunsmith and was more than pleased. The owner Nate is knowledgable, honest and very fair, and very likable too. I root for his success! The staff is just like Nate any one of them can answer your questions and will make you feel comfortable. The only issue I have is they are getting busier and busier and it's no surprise why. I was in the market for a home defence pistol. I went in to see what was available and the staff was great. Everyone was very helpful and not pushy at all. I really think that Faith Armory has the potential for great success.!!
