SAVE YOURSELF...DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! There is a reason why almost all of their online reviews are so poor. Wish I had paid attention to them before we went there. Hired them to add a patch on the back of our son's Gi.



The patch was added so sideways and crooked that we honestly thought they were joking when they gave it to us. After asking them why the patch was added so crooked and that we needed it fixed, they then proceeded to blame us saying we didn't tell them that we wanted the patch added on straight!



When my wife went back again to pick up the Gi it was still crooked. The owner, then proceeded to tell my wife to deal with it and leave the store. In fact, the owner was beyond rude, a complete jerk, and complete bully with my wife.



Please keep in mind that I seldom if ever leave a poor review however; their service was so poor, the quality of their work was so poor, the owner was such a jerk and bully, that I sincerely felt compelled to share our experience with this place. Don't make the same mistake we did, take note of all of their bad online reviews, and avoid this place at all costs.

SKIP this one. I was a long time customer, gave them several chances to correct and they failed. New staff is argumentative. White dress shirts come back dingy greyish, collars are crushed, pressed too hot, collars have bubbles and body has heat wrinkles, sleeves not pressed or collars and underarms smell of sweat. Collar supports and sleeve clips have been eliminated. This business now cuts too many corners. They have become AWFUL!!!
