The only person that showed up was the woman who signed us up for the program and took our billing information.

The director, Alysia Nelson, does not appear to exist. Every time I called the office the message service sent me to a mailbox with another person's name. Not one time did she return one of my phone calls. The first teacher who called to set up an appointment went over my son's schedule and said she would call me right back. She emailed me, letting me know that we did not fit into her schedule at this time. The next person that called me was from the state of Missouri. We live in Hemet, CA. I tried again to contact Ms. Nelson. Again, I was redirect to another box, with a different name of it. I called the corporate headquarters. There is no one there, either. The answering service took my name and number and marked it urgent. I am still waiting to hear from them, too.



This has been, without a doubt, one of poorest examples of professional behavior by a teacher that I have ever experienced.
