I called four times Tuesday but never got so much as a return phone call. Upon reaching a voicemail, I left a message still no return phone call from the office -- that is, until Wednesday. Oops! They finally called me back and left me a message on my cell. Thank u to the staff member that called me back to tell me that they were
closed Tuesday as well as every other week :•) otherwise I would still have been left wondering.. your voicemail doesn't mention hours though.
With my then situation, I was unable to get a cost estimate that day, I couldn't wait so I called around to other plastic surgery centers. Guess i'll never know how great they could have been.
Ballikian staff, please leave your hours on your answering service so others may come to know them. At the very least, thanks for that return phone call guys.

I was deciding who to go to for some cosmetic procedures on my face. After seeing a couple plastic surgeons, I finally met Dr. Balikian and felt very comfortable and relaxed during my entire visit. The staff was wonderful and knowledgable and after speaking with Dr. Balikian over a very thorough consult, I knew that this was the best place for me to be to undergo my facial surgery! I would not trust anyone else other than someone who specializes only in face and neck surgeries. Best wishes to you, I know you'll love this office!
