I had skin cancer removed from my nose On Thursday Sept. 24 at the Palm Springs office using the MOHS method. The initial procedure was completed by 11:45 a.m. I was told it would take about 1 hour to get the results to determine if the margins were clean or not. At 3:00, I asked the girl at the front desk why I was waiting so long. She checked and told me the margins were clean and they would call me to close the hole. I continued to wait. I was not called until after 5 pm and left at 6:30. I do not understand why I was made to wait so long. This is totally unacceptable. The staff thought it was funny that people were waiting so long

Today is 8/27/14. I had an appointment in the Murrieta office located off of temecula parkway. My appointment was at 2:45. I was asked to show up 15 min early to fill out new patient paper work. So just to be safe I showed up and signed in at 2:24.sat down filled out my paper work and sat and waited. It was 3:30 by the time I got called into a room where the nurse asked all the questions and took notes as to why I was being seen today. Got Changed into a gown waited another 30 min or so and the Dr.came in the room. He ask me why I came in while he sat down with my paper work open in his lap and never read it. As I started to tell him my issues he cut me off to take a look. LITERALLY scans the problem area faster then I could blink. Tells me every thing is good and nothing to worry about. And proceeded to walk out of the room. I stop him as ask well can these be taken care of? He said yes for a 100 dollar fee because it's all considered cosmetic. I asked why they hurt they cause me pain and discomfort. I received no answer. The Dr left the room without another word. No nice meeting you. No have a nice day. Never in my life have I received such poor service. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Waste of my time and as far as I'm concerned that was pretty much a free 30 bucks in the pocket of a Dr that did absolutely nothing! If I could give this a negative star I would.

Horrible customer service. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but it's been a week trying to get my Dr to approve another prescription. Over two hours of waiting but the female dermatologist I had was wonderful. The front desk staff was very childish and spent most of my waiting time goofing around. I was told by the Dr to reschedule in six weeka, only to be told at the front their books hadn't been set up that far in advance so I'd have to call back later. Every time I've called, the receptionist has been very quick to get off the phone and annoyed by me calling. Very disappointing.

Awesome! Love the staff!! They really show that they care and aren't going to beat around the bush to tell me what I want to hear and let me know what I NEED to know and are happy to answer my many questions that I have
