"So I had a insurance paid dent and was about to fix it the simple way through the insurance recommended shop, then I crashed my car and jacked up the other side. Oh no! I needed to find a shop that was a little bit more 'flexible'. The guy gave me a discount on fixing the other side and also says he will take out a non related dent that the other shop said would cost me $250. He guided me through dealing with all the insurance hassles and was available for questions (unless he was giving a customer a ride somewhere, that's customer service!).

Sometimes you're looking for a place that will do it by the book, and sometimes you're looking for a place that will throw in some extras or cut corners if you need to save some cash. This place is the latter.
