I have bought 3 appliances from Action and its been a great experience each time. They have also had one repair call here, they were on time and fixed the problem quickly.

Sorry for all the one star rating, if they had 1/2 stars available that would have been their grade.



Our washing machine broke down approx. 3 weeks ago, after ordering the parts required we were told to wait until Monday. We waited...waited..waited..no phone call..nothing. We called them and they told us they had to order another part..which GET THIS...will take 10 business days. I mean sure thats fine but how about a little phone call letting us know. So 10 days pass..no one is "available" to fix our machine..then they say they are having problems ordering the 3rd item..which was weird cause my wife was able to order the part they were waiting on in 15 minutes!!!! So finally, thank god the day comes where they come to the house and repair the washing machine...UHHH DUHHH we ordered the wrong part..its going to be another 10 days!!!! These people have next to little professialism, they should be worried less about cool graphics on their cars, and actually hire compentant, dependable people!



So I hope this little senerio was helpful, with anyone even thinking about using them. Just call your appliance call center troubleshooting dept. tell them the problem, and see if you cant order the parts yourself.
