Horrible company! We contacted Clemmer because they are affiliated with Allied. Kyle Clemmer came to do our estimate. He was one hour late, toured the house, wrote down detailed notes and spent some time putting together the quote. He specifically told us that he deliberately overestimates the quote and that we could very well expect to pay less. We were charged after our move from our townhouse into storage for 83% of the original quote. This alarmed us, so we called and were told that there was a discrepancy in the calculation of the weight, but that moving in should take less time and we should still come in under the quote. We were charged 20% above original quote. We had a strict budget and this increase in cost hurt us terribly. We feel cheated. When we tried to express our concerns to the company, we were completely ignored despite repeated attempts. We have filed a complaint with the BBB. Do not trust these people!
