Requested a quotation for a new furnace and air conditioning system. Owner came out and noted I should receive a quote within 5 days. After 5 days and no quote I contacted Owner. He noted I should see something in a few days. One month later, still no quote but I have a new furnace and a/c system installed by someone else.

had a very good response from them last summer to fix my a/c, but called today to get help with furnace, got a very rude lady on phone, said noone was available till after hours, and that would cost extra...which is ok you expect and after hours call to be extra for the labor, had to wait till after work anyway, but then she adds the fact that all the parts would be extra as well...IE: a $10 item normally, would cost $15 to $20 after hours...told her that made no sense to me the part doesn't know time, so I am calling around for another quote, and probably will not call them back again, if she is the only one that answers the phone she is chasing away business for them, which is sad because the tech that came to fix our a/c was very efficient and very polite. I am a resident of the Tecumseh area as well, so word of mouth is always a factor.

Cross threaded the valve when installing our washer. Came home to flooded basement. Took two months for our insurance company to get them to pay our deductible.

He is unprofessional, unorganized and will not get the work done. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Naugle Plumbing new we had another company add freon and it lasted 30 days due to a leak. Naugle stated that they had a process for finding all the leaks and fixing them. Three months later our freon is gone and were told sorry the warranty is only what the plumber writes on the receipt, so they're expert process for finding and patching the leaks for $55o really has no guarantee and they don't seem to stand behind their work. I was forced to leave a message for the manager/owner and if they will stand behind their work, then I'll write another review correcting this one..
