Whatever you do, don't move here. After two years of seeing it go from mediocre to terrible, I'm certain you can do better. The amenities are laughable. The maintenance guys are helpful but the office manager shouldn't be trusted even to bag groceries. She's incompetent and aloof, and by the time we left we were happy to say goodbye to her and all the dog poop, late night partying, drug use, and shady activity in the community.
