The customer service here is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I cant believe they answer the phones the way they do. Everytime I spoke two words, she abruptly cut me off to ask can i help you. There is nothing wrong with asking how one can help, however with your clients you need NOT be sooo RUDE. I asked for someone specific and she simply stated he was not there and hung up on me. I called back and after cutting me off 3times she then asked me if this were a service call and of course I said no, not anymore. Of course I am not dealing with a company that treats there potential customers in such a manor. After I replied no, not anymore, again, she hung up on me. If this company wants any new clients, they need to hire a new secretary because this one woman has absolutely NO manners and trust all that I know will know about this!!!
