Terri is the lady that always helps me and she always goes the extra mile. I called asking about my school books and she knew what books and where to find them. When I went in later that day she remembered me from the phone call and took about 30 seconds to have them ready for me to buy/rent them

was nice, good and quick, i got 4 books and i was done in less than 5 minutes, the lady knew where every book was, was nice efficient and had a smile on her face :)
