We met David at the Home Show, we wanted to remodel our kitchen, he came out and gave us a bid, he knew his stuff, he was always honest that it could take anywhere from 3-5 weeks, it actually took the full 5 weeks for circumstances that were out of kbc's control. There were 2 weeks when nothing really happened after they tore out our kitchen because of those circumstances, that were hard for us, but after all is said and done we LOVE our kitchen and I LOVE my granite! It's beautiful!

David my wife and I wanted to say THANK YOU! We really had no clue what to expect appreciate you filling us in on the process as well as letting us know about the mental part of remodeling as well it helped us prepare for this big decision. Time scheduling was a slight issue but not because of David and his crew was there tile provider who set the project back a few days but it really wasn't a big deal as the work crew worked double time to catch up. Again David thank you and to all the guys in KBC.

We are building a home with Perry Builders and they use KBC for their granite counter tops. When we met with Martha and Milley they offered some very good advice and opinions, which we really needed. They know their stuff and aren't shy about telling what's good and what isn't. They went out of their way and spent a lot of time going through two different slab yards, and on their day off, that's dedication. They provided us with what we needed, extensive knowledge, expertise, and some very good opinions. We couldn't have been happier, and are anxiously awaiting our new tops. I'll let you know how that goes when it happens, this is the only reason I haven't given them 5 stars, we need to see how that goes.

Do not use this company. It was less expensive then many of its competitors and now we know why. The day the install was scheduled they were almost 2 hours late. They did not install small back splash as requested and had to come back a 2nd time. The 2nd day they were 4 hours late. We noticed after the install was finally complete that they didn't not seal the entire countertop and back splash. The worst part is that the countertops are not square with the cabinets. Lastly they did not mount the dishwasher to the countertop and told us to go to Home Depot. We have called and left messages with no response. Do not use this company if you are expecting quality or customer service!!

We are building a new home and thought granite was out of the question. Jay & Erik called me with exciting news and said we could indeed have granite. I meet with them that same day and picked my granite; they even offered to find the perfect slabs for us so we didn't have to do all the driving. Not even a week after finding the slabs we wanted it is already installed and it looks amazing, we had minor repairs which scared me! but KBC didnt hesitate to take care of us. they came out and within an hour were out and my home looks amazing! ..... so much that I have already called Val back to get prices for our bathrooms. Val and the group at Kitchen & Bath Design Center were the friendliest most knowledgeable people to work and I would recommend them to all my friends, family, and even the stranger at a home improvement store. Thank you,thank you to everyone at KBc they truly made my home building experience a better one.

We have had a terrible experience with this company. The cabinet subcontractor has now been to our home 12 times and we are still finding issues with drawers and doors not working properly with the soft close hinges. They messed up with measurements for both cabinets and granite and we have had to take 3 days extra off from work because of BAD communication/ measurements fixes. Please use anther company- The finished product is good, but your project will run over the time line and you will have to send a lot of extra time at home with people "fixing things." The price is great and so is the finished product but the road to get to that point is not easy!!!!

We were forced to use kitchen and bath because of our builder (If you go with Perry Homes expect to be forced to use this company). Also Perry empowers KBC to be the way they are so don't expect any help from the builder when things go wrong. Unfortunately KBC doesn't understand nicer appliances, and therefore after providing a crude drawing to our contact there of what we were talking about, the contact didn't proceed to do any type of research and went off our crude drawing of what it would look like (which was shocking). So when they installed the granite, it didn't fit of course. Then they wanted to charge us for the mistake. Our contact at KBC called my wife later that day and heavily pressured / harassed her into paying for extra granite when by our calculations we had removed granite from the stock home plan. When asked to provide a calculation, our contact kept saying it was right and we didn't need to worry about it. Very shady operation. When they finally did install the right granite it for our appliance, it was not cut centered leaving a large gap on one side. Also, I don't think they do laser templating or anything like that because we have large gaps (i.e. 1/2 inch) between the granite and the wall at some places in our kitchen which is really frustrating because that will cause significant issues with our backsplash since virtually no tile is 1/2 inch thick. Also, large gashes (i.e. 1/2 inch by 1 inch) in the granite needed to be filled with epoxy look terrible due to them not being careful during the install. Overall, extremely disappointed, would never recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

2/9/13 This company has done 2 kitchens & 2 baths for me over the last 4 years. They supplied the granite. Val, the owner, is terriffic. Very customer focused. Would spend all the time we needed with him to pick out the granite slabs. Price was very good. Schedule for templating & installation was met to the day. The granite fit around corners & poles perfectly. I highly recommend this company. Doug S.

I had been referred to K and B Creations by a catchy ad on KSL.. after we had our Bid done by Erik and Jay we ended up spending about 10k on our entire kitchen. Thats half the price than any other company that had given us a quote. We were given a schedule right away, we ordered new cabinets, granite countertops and tile travertine backsplash, I would say in total with a couple weather delays we were only out of kitchen for about 4 days. Which is not to bad for the OLD CRAP kitchen I had previously. We met a great project manager by the name of Martha.. she helped us out with answering all of our concerns and questions as well as guiding us to cheaper options for handy work.. So far WE LOVE OUR KITCHEN, we get complimented all the time. I would have to disagree with the reviews I read here today. K and B creations has a pretty smooth operation going on ... the install was FAST, and HIGH quality.. The guys who installed my kitchen took every aspect into consideration, we really appreciated that. I would give them 4 stars... The only thing I can think of is they did charge a small trip charge since I live in mapleton, which is understandable! ... I highly recommend keeping K and B creations as one of your top choices for Kitchen Remodels..
