I’m from Idaho, visiting family, and you know being a stylist in the industry we all know what happens when your at family events... basically the busiest time for a stylist is when your around family! I called EARLY to let them know I was coming in for just developer. The door was locked, but the lights were on at 3:58pm! I would have been out by 4:00pm if they had assisted me like I had desperately asked of them. I called several times and at 4:03 they answered the phone,and came out of the back room. Rude, rude, rude!
