DON’T WAIST YOUR MONEY USING THIS LANDSCAPE COMPANY.

Our experience with Aspenwood Land Design has been nothing but Negative. We were billed for 2, sometimes 3 men, to come and repair our sprinkler system. They sat around and did nothing for most of the day, and billed us for their time. We had torn out our entire flower beds and purchased $1600.00 worth of flowers to be installed. When Ryan Wittaker's men left our house, for some reason they left our newly fixed sprinkler system off. We went out of town thinking everything was great. Opon our return almost everything they installed was dead. We had had our yard re-done, because we were holding a large barbecue in our back yard less than 2 weeks after they finished. We also had an open house scheduled 4 weeks later to celebrate our marriage. As you can imagine to our horror we have had to cancel both. Ryan was very curt, argumentative, and downright rude, when we asked him to honor his warrantees of and I quote "Full 1 year warrantee on all materials and craftsmanship." He completely refused to replace the $1600.00 of plants that are now dead in my yard. Oh pardon me I believe perhaps 5 or 6 have survived.

In my opinion I would never use someone as childish as Ryan has been in not handling this problem. I have had to contact an Attorney to try and get this resolved
