Not Only did the repairman fix my refrigerator with parts he Had with him! He looked at my washer, which was not draining, It was one of my little boys socks in the pump! Didn't hardly charge me at all on that repair! Would use Action appliance anytime!

Called Action in a pinch. They told me $50 for a diagnosis. I was anxious so asked them to come. Repairman came said was simple clog, then after 30 minutes wanted an additional $85. I was never told, quoted any additional price. Called the Owner he called me several names, told me I was cheap, irresponsible. I argued telling him they did not fix the problem as my washer still did not work. I paid them for an incorrect diagnosis and work not done. He wanted to appease me with a $20 gift card to Target! This is not going to make my washer work. Only after getting Consumer Fraud Protection involved did he back down and offer to take the diagnosis fee. He did not even deserve this. They incorrectly diagnosed my problem, didn't fix the washer, called me names, very rude and I still ended up at the laundry mat. I had someone else come out to look at it they felt bad for what I had been through fixed the problem in twenty minutes the fix was miles off from what Action said. My washer has worked fine since. Rude, disrespectful company. Doesn't diagnose correctly and charges you without approval. Dept. Consumer Fraud is looking into my case. By the way, the receptionist acts like she is dying, cant hear and makes you repeat everything ten times but when you meet her she is young vibrant and just fine! Just saying "Fraud all the way around"!

Called on a Saturday morning and they were at our house in the afternoon. Quickly found the problem and got it fixed quickly. Price was below the guestimate they gave over the phone. No parts needed. I'd have no problems calling them again.

over the years I've had dozens of repairs , ranging from cars to appliances. but when Action Appliance service came out and fixed my six year old fridge with out having to wait all day and wonder if it would get fixed right the first time. the serviceman knew what was wrong and was able to fix it in short order with parts he had on his truck. my bill was less than i expected. he was pleasant kind of guy too.

Washing maching broke on sunday, called monday morning ,which was a holiday. He was at my home at exactly the time he said he would, repaired the broken part and even did a little extra servicing of the machine for no cost. Charged a fair price, great work and service. I highly recommend Action Appliance Services.

Our dryer wouldn't turn on and we thought it was dead...we called on a Saturday and the person who answered was very nice. Suggested several things to check before sending a technician...on a Saturday at no extra charge. He was able to get it running, found a disconnected vent and the charge was half what we were quoted by another vendor. Very pleased!!

Awesome! They came on a Saturday within a few hours of calling, and exactly at the time promised. Diagnosed our washing machine problem in 5 minutes. Had the proper part on hand and replaced it in a flash. Charged us a perfectly REASONABLE amount - and made another minor maintenance adjustment on the washer at no additional charge. The Technician was a pleasure and a gentleman. Why can't EVERY repair experience be like this? Obviously, I asked for an extra Action Appliance sticker to make sure we call them for ALL appliance repairs in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. 5-stars.

We are taking care of our daughter's home while she is working back east. The renters called to say that the washer would not stop filling up. I called in the morning and was greeted by a wonderful receptionist who was so informative and helpful. Stan came out within a few hours and immediately assessed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. He was so professional and courteous and I would recommend your company to everyone. A repairman named Stan, from Action appliance service, came today to fix my dryer (the heating element had stopped working) and I have to say I really was struck by how polite and professional he was, and to top it off the final cost was very reasonable, I don't really know what else he could have done to make it better! I saved his number because I wouldn't call anybody else if I ran into another problem with my appliances (I usually dread having to deal with repairmen or mechanics but this experience was really smooth). I'd give them 5 stars!!!!

Would have liked to have used Action after reading all the raving reviews. Service fee seemed reasonable, until the extra charge. I live about 8.4 miles from their Riverton location, yet they charge a higher service rate because it's Utah County ($40 / hr more). Pretty disappointing and doesn't make a lot of sense to go to North Salt Lake 25 miles away yet won't service 8.4 miles from their office for the same price. I'm sure they are a great company, but just beware if you don't live in Salt Lake County.

FRIENDS TOLD ME TO GET A NEW DRYER, BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO GET RID OF MY GOOD OLD UNIT. SO I CALLED ACTION APPLIANCE.THEY WAS HERE THAT SAME DAY. IT NEEDED A HEAT UNIT AND A BELT AND DONE SO PROFESSIONALLY .THE PRICE WAS TOTALLY AWESOME. THANKS ACTION !!!.

My refrigerator wasn't getting very cold and I thought I might have to buy a new one. A friend refered me to action appliance so I called them and they gave me some ideas about the problems the fridge might be having as well as a price range regarding the total cost. I decided that it was way less than buying a new fridge and now I'm very happy I called them because they came out and repaired it on the same day and the cost wasn't even as high as quoted on the phone and now it works perfectly fine. THANK YOU SO MUCH Action appliance, I'll be calling you guys again! :)

A referral from a family member about action appliance was wonderful. very knowledgeable service person came out and fixed my refrigerator .I was very pleased and happy with the price!!! and the lady who answered the phone' she was so delightful .I do own some apartments and definitely will call action appliance when I have other trouble .
