Really bad service!! Had to take it in three times in one day and still not fixed. Two people in having the same problems and the owner was yelling and rude to both.

Bought a primer bulb and it went bad after I used it for a week. They wouldn't replace it because " I have never seen a primer bulb go bad. I would have to take a look at it. So I showed it to them and he said he wouldn't replace it because he had to "talk to tecumseh "(the manufacturer) n other words they didn't believe me and think I broke it upon installing. Maybe they are right but it worked for more than 50 pumps over a week. I did a lot of starting troubleshooting before finally clean out the carb and did pump it a lot, but it shouldn't have cracked the bulb. Going to Sears repair for parts from now because I doubt they would hassle me an small part that went bad and cost under ten bucks.

I wish I would have checked this company's reviews before I took my powerwash to be fixed. They are the rudest bunch of people I have ever done business with. I specifically told them to call me if it would cost more than $100, instead they call me to pick it up and say it will be well over the $100 limit I set. We argued when I got there and the owner replied "you should be telling me thank you". I run a business, and if I treated my customers the way they treat theirs I'd no longer have it. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!! They have absolutely no customer service. The manager actually came out and called me a filthy name that I won't repeat here! I had to hide my husband's car keys to keep him from going to that hole and cleaning that manager's plow!! The rating for A-1 Saw & Mower Service should definitely be in the negative range, not just "Disappointing."

The man that was supposed to be helping me was extremely rude and a real jerk. From the reviews I have just read this is normal for him. Don't go to A1 Saw Repair for any reason, unless you like being insulted. Can't believe they remain in business!

Incredibly bad service. There are 2 men working there. One is nice and helpful. However the larger, disgusting man is not only rude and has no idea how to be nice to his customers, but also lacks any real knowledge about the products he supposedly repairs!If you have no other choice but A1, insist on dealing with the taller guy only…better yet, just avoid that dump and that man all together! I don’t know how they stay in business.

I'll never shop there again. Not only did he accuse me ofbeing a bad customer but he even changed the price ofa product after I called him and showed up. He refusedto refund a product if it didn't work. He even has a sign thatrequires a $15 minimum purchase, and hides it behind another sign so you can't see it easily. If you can find it some where else buy it there.

Brought my snowblower in just before a big storm that left 13" on our driveway and got it back the next day! They said they were trying to get everything fixed as fst as they could because of the storms coming in but I didn't expect it so soon. My snowblower ran better than new!I took my mower in for a spring tuneup early since they did such a great job on my snowblower and it was almost half the price I had paid at another dealer. Very nice and gave me advice on how to keep my machine running good year after year.I have finally found a great service center where I get good advice and does not empty my wallet!

Took our mower here and they said it would be done Tuesday at 4. I called Tuesday morning to make sure it was on schedule to be completed, and I got yelled at. He told me I shouldn't call before 4 and I need to learn to listen. He then went on another 2 mintues yelling at me and telling me that I was stalling their work for calling them to check on my mower. I even talked to the owner who said that I shouldn't have called before 4, he never apologized for the way his employee talked to me or for him hanging up the phone on me. Apparently you can't call them before 4. Then they should probably tell their customers this. How dumb of them to talk to their customers this way when it is a recession and there are hundreds of other mower repair shops to go to.*I hate this place and will NEVER go there again!!!*

I called to get a status on my repair and the person who answered the phone told me that I wasnt allowed to call about my lawn mower. I had to wait untill after 4 to call because I was interupting their work, the person then hung up on me....Wish I would have taken my mower anywhere else...
