Horrible time frame scheduling . Very unprofessional service. Employees came out to job site asking how to get the door open. After weeks of waiting for the door to get manufactured they come to the job site with no overhead loader . And left the job with all parts on the floor . Not recommended even for rat doors

The team at West Metro Door has always been there when my family needed them...even the time my wife tried to drive into the garage with the car top carrier still connected to the van. West Metro came out right away to repair the garage door. I have used them to service and repair an old operator and door to having them replace both.
