needed a new furnace and ac . they were on time. very fast getting job done. kept everything clean and neat. explain how everything works and wore a mask. very friendly company.

Typical contractor....set up a service call the night before,,,, promised they would be there....non call no show.... awful. had to give 1-star only because we cant select none.

I just recently purchased a home in Southgate and as luck would have it my furnace stopped working while my nephew was doing some work in my basement. He did a quick check and determined he was not sure what the problem was but i did need a new filter and that it would be difficult to find one. Tuesday morning I called my parents to see who they used for their furnace maintenance and I was given R L Heating. I called a Mary said she could send someone out. Approximately 1 hour later Big Mike pulled up. He was AMAZING! He was able to determine the problem immediately and also told me about the filter needing to be changed, just as my nephew had said. Big Mike was able to replace it and my furnace is working fine! Thank you RL for saving the day! P.S. also consider advertising in local Church bulletins.

I love my new furnace! I have relied on R&L for several years, mostly for seasonal maintenance, and called them when my 40+ year-old furnace began acting up. Big Mike diagnosed the problem for repair and Andy was prompt when I wanted to see options for replacement. The new furnace went in the next day and the workmen were polite and efficient... I was even given a couple of items for free to help out with my problems. All in all, a good experience.



Could have been better communication between the office, sales & techs. Some messages were not relayed in a very timely manner and I never saw Andy again, though he said he would stop by to review installation, etc.

After hours service very RUDE!!!! Furnace 5yrs old blower went out 3hours waiting for someone to call back and then not honoring product warranty. When I bought furance I thought it was a 15yr old warranty. NOT...
