They exchange good phones for crappy ones. Ex: ZMAX broke after only 7 days and they would only give me a Samsung. I got ripped off!!!

Rude customer service. This place does not like to take responsibility for their products, service,or lack there of. They talk down to people and never really resolve the problem. They don't even use their brand of phones for their selves.
