This place is a joke besides the fact they don't stand behind there products. We caught them giggling n talking about my son in a wheel chair. Well I have never had this happen. Well these people are not friendly , helpful and just plain rude. I will detour anyone I know from this place. You people should have tried even just a lil bit so shame on you. You unprofessional, uneducated , disrespectful jerks.

the warranty . if an item breaks , don't think about taking it back to htg. they will not repair it trade it in . they told me I was out of luck. on a light with 6 months left under warranty. im not able to use 220 dollars. they will not repair it . I post a strong stay away at all costs. do not buy.
