I hired them to put gutters on half the house and to fix a leak I had in my basement, Feb 2016, and assured me, that they would be back that weekend to seal the gutters. It is now June, and they never came out to fix or finish anything! I have called him numerous times, and every time, he "promised" they would be back to fix the leak job ( basement still leaks) and to seal gutters. I have sat and waited for them to come out, but every time, its a no show. They never call to tell you that they aren't showing up, so, we have wasted weekends waiting. The tar they put down is sticky and collecting debris, and the cement lifted the very next day. The gutters are leaking worse than before, now they leak from between the house and gutter. Sean talks a good talk, doesn't honor his word, and even gave me a 30 yr Warranty, which, is worthless, its . "all talk". When I asked on a FB Group about the company, they said they same thing, ran off with the money and didn't finish the job!

I contacted Allied Chimney for a cleaning on March 28 2015. They promises to come the next day between 11 and 1. They called around 11:30 to reschedule because of an emergency job. they promised to be at my house between 11 and 1 Friday. When I called at 1:30 they said they had to cancel because of high winds in area. To be fair, that was true; it was not safe to be on roof in those conditions. they promised to be at my place Saturday between noon and 2. When they did not show I called and they promised they were on their way and would be here at 2:45. No show, no call until 3:45, when they said they had had a car accident, but would try to be out later that day or Sunday and promised they would call if not coming Saturday. No call, no arrival. I called Monday morning they said they could be at my place morning or afternoon. I had to be at office until noon but could arrange to be home from noon on. When no one arrived by 5 I called again and got another excuse. they promised to come Tuesday around 6--I had to be at work until 6. I cut my work short and got home by 6. No Chimney sweep. I called and was told they were "on their way". No Chimney sweep at 7:30. I called again and dispatcher said he could not reach his guys--had no idea why they were not here. Bottom line--do not use these folk. They are totally unreliable. They stood me up 5 times. I rearranged my work schedule and cleaned my fireplace 5 times in anticipation of their arrival. I feel real stupid not firing them on 3rd stand up. I don not know how they stay in business. DO NOT USE THEM!
