In November of 2007 we signed a contract with you to resurface our kitchen and downstairs bathroom cabinets and replace the countertops. While the surfaces appeared clean the only observed preparation of the cabinets was to remove the doors. There was no sanding or cleaning of the framework to prepare it for the placement of new Formica. Consequently we have had to force contact cement into areas where the laminate came loose. This was both on the front of the cabinets and and under the top cabinets, particularly, those placed in areas above the cooking surfaces. I have had to repair the drawers which were falling down from where they were connected to the back of the cabinets. At this time I would like you to inspect and repair as I am unable to do so. Thank you.
