I was not impressed by this company at all. First of all, I made it very clear to them that I had A LOT of stuff to move and they ensured me they would have a big enough truck. They had to stack my belongings to the ceiling of the truck and pack it until they could barely close the door to have it all fit. While unpacking it, every single plastic tote was broken (over 25 totes) and I am not exaggertating (which is because they packed the truck so tightly and it couldn't support the weight). They broke so much of my stuff it was ridiculous! All my totes, my desk, my picture frames (that they wrapped by the way, a wall coat hanger that one of the guys literally dropped right in front of me and didn't even apologize and just told me to use gorilla glue to fix it! Then when they were done they showed me the bill and it was over $600 more than they originally quoted me because they decided to bring 5 guys instead of the three that I originally was quoted for. (Which he stated that it made the unpacking go faster, which it didn't) One of the guys stood in the truck the entire time barely doing anything other than dropping everything and folding the blankets for 45 min and cleaning up the truck on my tab. They all took a ton of smoking breaks and even tried charging me for time they weren't even there on top of charging me travel time for them to travel back home once they were done! It was just unbelievable. I wasn't even aware I could put in a claim for all the stuff they broke but it honestly probably isn't even worth my time since they seem to be ignoring everyone else who put in insurance claims with them. They may give you the best quote at the time but their quotes literally mean nothing...go with the higher quote from another company and save yourself the aggravation from this company.

Tremblay's did a great job moving my brother, who has specials needs, from one apartment to another. They were quick and careful, and they were also very nice. I would hire them again!

We used Tremblay's to move this July. First, they were late. Then they showed up in a truck that was too small. They took more smoke breaks then I can count. They weren't able to get everything we wanted to move on the truck so we had to make decisions on what to leave behind and move ourselves. When travelling from our storage unit to our new house the truck didn’t show up for over an hour. They didn’t tell us they were going on lunch or that they were taking a break. I was so worried that I considered calling the police (I didn’t but did call the home office, no answer, to figure out what was going on). When the did finally arrive, an hour later, the contents of the truck had moved and they couldn’t get the door to the truck open. When they finally got the door open, several of the contents of the truck were damaged, including a brand new refrigerator and headboard. They damaged several walls while moving the contents of the truck in. The leader of the 3 man crew appeared high for much of the day. The whole move took much longer than it should have. We only had them moving furniture / heavy items and no boxes. We filled out insurance papers as some things were damaged in the move. I’ve called them 4+ times in regards to the insurance claim. They haven’t yet returned any of my phone calls. We chose Tremblay’s over someone on craig’s list because they were local and because they had insurance and have been in business for a long time. It’s a decision that I continue to regret….

I would recommend this company to anyone that is moving out of a house or apartment. They are very good at what they do. This company has been around for a long time. There's nothing they can't handle, there's no job to small or to big. The workers are excellent and very careful with your items.

This moving company was great. It's been around a lot of years, they have lots of experience in what there doing. The workers are fantastic people. They always put you first. I would recommend them to be your movers.
