Took a chance on Shawn without knowing a thing about him. My mower was harder to fix than he expected, but he stuck to his price and put in extra hours without asking for more money. He called a couple of his repair buddies, the manufacturer, researched online and even made a housecall. (Who does that?) He stuck to it and got it going . Honest, friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and reliable. I was happy to pay him well above the agree-upon price, recommend him highly.
