We are a father-daughter practice that was established since 1960. Our psychological services are provided in a warm, comfortable home like atmosphere in a quiet neighborhood with easy parking. It is difficult to talk personally to someone who you do not know and it is a process. The therapeutic relationship is the vehicle to help you express your feelings and lessen the conflict and/or emotional pain in your life. Our total environment is designed to help you to feel comfortable and more secure. We offer counseling services to couples, individuals, and families. Our approach to counseling is designed to help individuals increase understanding, develop coping skills, and change problem behaviors in a constructive and meaningful way. We offer the confidential guidance necessary to identify a healthy focus on upsetting issues and encourage motivation to strengthen a resolution to change.
