I don't ever review services as I know problems can happen. Only reviewing this as the company owner Jimmy. Stay away if you believe there will be any ongoing problems with your pool (his own employees told me this...should tell you something about Jimmy). After calling twice to ask what I should do prior to their arrival, Jimmy said you need to do nothing. I called the second time to confirm and said there are leaves and the cover is on. Again he said you need to do nothing. Well, after they left, pool not running (because they told me to pump the cover below the skimmer the day before???) Leaves all over the pool. No chemicals added. I know they need to be circulated, but that goes back to their lack of knowledge of having the water level past the skimmer. Asked them to leave chemicals...they left without doing so. Tightened the plug on the bottom of the filter and water gushed out within seconds because he tightened way too hard and cracked the filter. All said, I know things happen, but as an owner...take some responsibility. The egomaniac owner brought his employee back to my home (without a phone call) and humiliated him in front of me. I apologized to the employee saying this is inappropriate and the owner Jimmy threatened to fire him in front of me. When asking to not do that, he persisted. Talking privately with the employee, he stated how difficult it was for everyone to work for him and said he was leaving the job soon. I can't stress enough to not use this company.
