What's not to love about F.Y.E? The Taunton store has a frendly staff, one in particular I noticed was a kid there named Derek. He had such an extensive knowledge about hard rock music, and he must of been like 17 years old. I frequent FYE and love giving them my business. They're one of the only "music stores" still around in today's digital-download era.

This store hires the rudest people to work for them. If you want friendly, fast service you should take your business to another electronics store. The first time I was in the store, the manager was cursing about a customer in front of everyone in the entire store. The second time I came back to correct an unactivated gift card and I got "Melissa". She was rude and extremely argumentative. Apparently the owner of this franchise allow their employees to drive customers away. I would rather give my money to a retail chain that cares about customer service. I will be letting everyone I know about this negative experience and suggest they shop elswhere. I'm being kind with one star.
