I will NEVER USE nor recommend this company to anyone!I called for 4days waiting for service.I was able to temporary get by until i had someone come out.Left several msgs and never got a call back for service.I called again spoke with lady who answers the phone she sent me to JENN HEENEY in service.I had left her 4 messages and NEVER got a call back.I finally was fed up and called again only to keep going to voicemail AGAIN so i told the answering lady noone was picking up and calling me back for 4days.Finally JENN came on the phone and she was the most unprofessional rude person i have ever dealt with.Who ever owns this company needs to find a better service manager who can actually manage the service and take care of calls.Shes rude!Her way of speaking to customers is very unprofessional.She sounds like a trailer trash on the phone and hung up on me before finishing our conversation.She is the reason you will be losing customers.I own several buisnesses and I WILL never use this company again!Ill stick with a more professional company from today on out!

excellent plumbing and heating company. professional and efficient

I recently installed a gas furnace in our home in Hull MA. The heat went out the day before Christmas and the furnace was installed the week after. Excellent serivce during a very busy time.

I recently had central a/c installed and the workers at Emond were professional, polite and most of all cleaned up any mess each day before they left. I would recommend Emond Plumbing & Heating to anyone.

I highly recommend Emond Plumbing, as I had an oil-fired boiler replace this summer and installed a hot water heater. The workers were knowledgeable, thorough, and did a very neat job. I'm already seeing oil consumption savings and expect that to continue throughout the winter. Also have utilized their services during a recent bath rehab and will be using again for a 2nd bath rehab shortly. Very pleased with the results. Kudos to you.

Recently we converted our oil heating system to high efficiency gas system every step of process to coordinating with Bay State Gas and helping to fill out Gasnetwork rebates was great. Mechanics take pride inthere work!!
