this company is very rude hard to contact with their short office hours...lazy wont take garbage if it is too full or too heavy....throw lids and cans wherever they feel like dont care if it is in the road....i was not thrilled when Natrona Heights switched to this company

RUDE is the first thing that comes to mind with this company. After the destroyed our garbage cans we were told that we shouldn't use them and they won't get broken. Then when they garbage didn't get taken, it was because "they aren't perfect you know". Thanks, I'll remember that when I am paying my bill.

This company is horrible. I don't have a choice in which trash removal service to use, but if I could select one, this would not be the company I would go with. Today was about the fifth time that they have only taken some of our trash. One time they decided not to take our recyclables. I have called and left messages but no one ever calls me back. I have also spoke to the township who then called them. I'm not putting out excessive garbage, but it must be hard for them to comprehend what amount of trash qualifies as the three bins that I am allowed. I'm irritated that I have to pay for this service, that they sometimes provide, and sometimes don't. I guess they don't care because they are getting paid regardless of the job they do. So, if you have a choice in trash collection companies, don't use this one!

Agree with other reviews--very disorganized and unprofessional. Ordered a dumpster and when it didn't show up the lady actually said "well did one of the guys call you? Cus if they didn't that means its probably not coming. I'd just shop around for another company". She told me a week prior to expect the dumpster but then when I called her she said "nothing is guaranteed if one of the guys doesn't call". I didn't even know what to say--obviously they are totally incompetent. I mean what company actually tells you to go somewhere else because they can't provide adequate service? Wow.

If it is at all possible to go with anyone else, do it. This company does not care in anyway. I have called multiple times to get the trash removed, I speak with a woman there, she says what day they will come and for me to sit and wait. I've done this twice and both times they have not come! This is by far the worst trash company I've ever had to deal with.
