Worst ski & rental place near the mountain. STAY AWAY. Arrogant chunky woman manager who blames us for losing their board and stealing another board when we returned our rental at the end of the trip.



Can't even own up to the fact that their employee jotted down the wrong board number on the contract.



Later on they finally connected with person who got the board with our item number on and acknowledged that he used the board all day.



The manager's attitude was contemptuous and spiteful for and refused to even admit the mishap caused by them at the beginning after the person had confirmed that he has the other board all time. They were going to charge us $400 dollars for us bring back the board we left the shop in the morning with just because they wrote down the wrong number.



They wasted 2 hours of our time at the end of a trip, which could have been pleasant. She even called cops on us implying that we were thieves for taking other people's board and claimed as the one we rented.



MUST STAY AWAY.!!!!!!

Business like this should be closed down.

Worst customer experience of all time.
