NEVER GO HERE! I brought my prom dress in to this shop because I needed a new zipper. I brought it in on a Monday and the man at the counter said it would be no problem come get it on Friday, the day before the dance. You can imagine my horror when I walk in to the store and after the man finally finds my dress that was sitting in plain sight NOTHING had been done to it. He told me they didn't have the right color zipper (which had been discussed earlier, I picked a close color). He then told me that because I had a few jewels near the zipper area that it would be too difficult and it would cost extra. I was already getting charged TWICE the price of what another shop ended up doing it for. I was not called nor notified that the alteration was not possible and was put in a horrible situation. Awful customer service, over priced and obviously poor skills (it took another woman a mere 20 minutes to put in the zipper for half the price!). Don't waste your time, money or breath.

I wish I would have found these reviews earlier!! Don't even think about taking anything of value in to be altered!! If I could give this place NEGATIVE stars, I would!! Took in a $250 mother of the bride dress in to be hemmed and to have a shawl made out of the left over material. $260 later -- yes, I said $260!! -- I received a hideously botched up mess that I will not be able to wear at all and NO shawl!! The dress needed to be shorted by about 12". The dress I picked up has a lining that is about 12" shorter than the shear material overlay and the overlay is still about 4" too long!!! I am now rushing to find a new dress to wear to the wedding -- after I've already paid $500 for a dress that can't be worn at!
