What a great experience. There is no better way to determine if a company is worthy of my business than to see them in action. They were working a few houses from mine and I noticed their thorough, professional work. A week later they were doing my roof. It was very easy. I have dealt with contractors of all sorts in my career and Oz deserves at least 7 stars. He was on time every time. From the quote to completion he communicated with me every step of the way. There was an issue created by a self important bureaucrat that was completely unnecessary but Oz handled it like the pro he is. The issue cost Oz money out of his pocket but not once did he come back to me and say he needed more. I will refer Oz to anyone who has a need for roofing services.He is as honest and as professional as any contractor I have ever known. You will not be disappointed.

Having a fairly large house, I received several quotations for the job. Based upon the quality of materials and the extensiveness of the work, I chose Westchase/Oz. Their professionalism and performance far exceeded my expectations and they went the extra mile to repair damage not listed in the quotation. I have received many comments on the quality of the roof since completion and based upon all the quotations I received, the value per dollar spent was unmatched.



In fact, very few roofers in the nation are able to offer a 50yr warranty, materials and labor (with out prorating) and I was able to obtain this from Oz. I highly recommend Westchase for your roofing needs and was so impressed at all they did extra, I included a bonus in his fee. Do not gamble your roof with anyone but Westchase.

Oz was great, I worked very close with him through the whole process. He is very detailed and organized. Him and his guys did a wonderful job on my roof. I had the whole roof replaced at a reasonable price. Great warranty on labor!

Oz was the first to respond to our request for quote. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. His standard quote included items that other companies provided as options and yet he was very competitive with their baseline quote. We had an unusual request for a different color drip edge which he was able to accommodate; others refused outright. We were kept informed throughout the entire process; from scheduling to completion. Oz took photographs of the roof during various stages of the project to provide documentation to our insurance company. The finished job looks so awesome; we have received many complements from our neighbors. Really, complements on a roof? We highly recommend Wetschase Roofing. I am a business owner in Safety Harbor (near clearwater). I purchased my commercial property in 2006 and have had 4 different roofing companies (BIG NAMES) work on the roof and the results have been the same. OZ and his workers walked in for lunch one day and he insisted on giving me a free estimate before he eats his lunch. They did the job on my 5000 square foot building in 3 days. Living in a different state it was difficult to coordinate roofing replacement for rental property.
