I will never use Vision Works again ...Vision Works on N. Dale Mabry and Bearass is not listed here, however, please listen and read the protection/ warranty plan carefully. With the additional $23 protection / warranty plan, they only repair or replace scratched or broken lenses ONE TIME during the one year ... WITH a co-pay of $10, $20, $30, $50 depending on what you purchased. Additional replacements will be charged at 50% off the regular retail. This is not explained to you nor it is what you think when they ask if you want to buy the protection plan. I thought I would walk out with two pair of glasses for $149.00 which was advertised everywhere. When they got through adding the needed this and that, my bill was $257.00 for two pair. They lied and they were lieing to all the other customers purchasing glasses as I was sitting there waiting or be waited on. Service was very slow. I found my frames in ten minutes. It took me one hour and 15 minutes before I was out of there.

I never got greeted. Once i asked for help, the young lady did not seem like she wanted to help me at all. They asked me what insurance i had, and told me that it gave me a 10% to a 15% discount. They had no idea which one, but of course, gave me the 'better' discount. The yound lady never looked me in the eye the whole time, while giving me quotes. She didnt have any idea of the lens options and what the benefits were. After receiving the glasses, i COULD NOT SEE!! the lenses had knick at the top, and the RX HAD to be wrong. They were only for distance only. I took them to a local another optical to see if the Rx was incorrect, and suprise, they were!! I was so upset that i had to speak w a manager a vision works to return them

If you can help it, I would recommend getting your glasses elsewhere. I purchased my glasses earlier this year, and the frames have been replaced once already and now I have to go back in again because they broke AGAIN. I take good care of my glasses, because let's face it, they're not cheap. When I brought them in the first time, the lady I talked to was very rude, but fortunately I was able to talk to the manager and the problem was resolved. But as far as quality, I would recommend going somewhere else.
