I will NEVER give them my business again!

They tell you they will give you TOP DOLLAR for your gold. But they will only pay you on what you think the gold is valued at. So if you walk in there with 20 grams of gold (and do not know what the price of gold is per gram), they will ask you " what do you think the gold is worth?" and you ask for $20... consider yourself ripped off.
