THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! used them to move from ohio to florida and everything we owned was in the box no way to track our box and 8 days shipping did not happen t was picked up on the 14th suppose to be delivered by the 22nd and it is the 26th now and still cant get my box!!!!!! let alone get a person on the phone its in their warehouse but u have to schedule a pickup and i cant get any one on the phone TIS PLACE DONT DESERVE THE ONE STAR BUT YOU HAVE TO GIVE ONE TO WRITE A REVIEW

Summary: poor customer service, difficult to contact a live person that can address needs, drop off, pick up and delivery dates all missed by 1 to 3 days! Call PODS. I have used them when I moved to Florida and didn't have any problems. The few dollars you save with u-box is not worth the headaches.



Delivered empty box one day late. Expected it to be delivered on Tuesday. It came Wednesday. Called three numbers on Tuesday. Left messages and no-one returned my call. HQ was no help either. they only gave me the number of the local office. Filled box. Expected it to be delivered to Maryland on Tuesday. I arranged people to unload. It didn't show and my bedroom set was in box. Called. Box will arrive Friday -- not Tuesday as quoted. Now I had to make arrangements to sleep somewhere for three nights. I'm 80 - my wife 73. When I called on Tuesday to ask where box is, I had to leave messages to local and HQ. No one returned call by 10am the next day.
