I used to get my oil changed here all the time but have since moved to west palm.I visit my family and this place is still very professional and accommodating They help you out in any way they possibly can.Thx

I don't usually go on to these types of sights to express my opinion, but, after the WONDERFUL experience I just had at this location, I feel it neccessary to express my pleasure! I could automatically tell they knew what they were doing by the fact of as I was pulling on the lot I was being waved at by a person with a big smile and by the time I reached the back door, that same gentleman was ther to greet me with that same smile. He was very courteous and well spoken, told me about a great special they had that included some kind of cleaner for my engine, a fuel additive and some new wipers for $69.99, that included the oil change. What a bargain! As my vehicle entered the service bays and came to a stop, I was immediately surrounded by a few other smiling techs who went right to work servicing my car, topping off my fluids, checking my tires, etc.... I felt like I was a driver in a NASCAR race. The manager himself was the last one to take care of me and I couldn't have left happier!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I spent $110 for a synthetic oil change. Upon driving home, SMOKE began pouring from the engine. Long story short...I returned to have my car "fixed" 3 times after the initial oil change. I gave up after 3 and took the car to my dealership. They quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed it was the fault of Texaco Xpress Lube. I paid the dealership $117 and contacted Texaco's corporate office for reimbursement of the repair bill and oil change. They made me fill out a lengthy form and only reimbursed the repair bill. The best part...instead of reimbursing me for the botched oil change, they sent me a coupon for a free oil change. Like there's any way in hell I would ever go back there. NEVER take your car to this location.

DEF. A BAIT N SWITCH OPERATION.‎..No wonder there are no customers here!! When you drive up, there are 4-5 "Sales Guys" who are not "Mechanics" as they appear to be. Their job is to get you in with a "SPECIAL DEAL FOR LADIES DAY" at $18.99 for an Oil Change. LIE #1..And then they tell you that you car needs all this work done, which ends up costing you $79.00 by the time they are done. When I asked them if they topped off all the fluids, their response was "Yes". ANOTHER LIE! As I found out later when my brake Light went on again later that day. I called to discuss my issue with a VERY RUDE man who also claimed to be the manager as well. He proceeded to talk over me very rudely and non stop and would not listen. I asked him for his full name and his last name and he refused to give it to me. Then he hung up on me at that point. I would not recommend this place at all. So if you like to be a victim and get taken advantage of, then this is the place for you.
