Best IT company in Tampa! I personally have worked with Supertech for 16 years and while there have been ups and downs like any new company the bottom line is integrity and accountability and once a promise is made to a customer that issue becomes the personal mission of their technician until the issue is completely satisfied. They make your needs their needs at any hour for any reason. There is a level of care that you will not find with ANY major chain type store and that you will only get from that one-on-one relationship. That is why I continue to work with Supertech, because they truly care.

Just relating my experience. They built two computers for me in the last few years. Very good service and responsiveness back then when they were starting up. Maybe they are too busy now. I bought a new monitor which required a resolution setting I could not achieve. The rep came, declared what I needed was to upgrade to Vista and add ram to max capacity and that would solve my problem. Since he knows stuff and I don't, I agreed. He kept my computer for FOUR WEEKS and during that time did not respond to my calls at all, until I threatened to call the police and report he had stolen it, then I got a response. Finally he brought it back and set it up (several hundred dollars later I'm ashamed to admit). It works great. The Vista is ok. Not sure I needed it. But the monitor was still blurry! He never addressed the problem I had called him for. Finally after another conversation with the monitor manufacturer I took the computer to a local shop where they installed and upgraded video card for about a hundred (more) dollars and the monitor is fine now, no more blurries, no more headaches. I have called them several times since he returned the computer and the NEVER return my call. They apparently never answer the phone, either, just wait for the message then return the call if they want to. Just my experience.
