I recently purchased a vaping device from Soho Urban Market and Fine Cigars. Within 3 weeks, the device stopped working, so we took it back to the shop. At this time, the shop owner banged it on the desk a couple times, then checked it again and said Here, it works now, see and gave it back to us.Within a week and a half of that, the tank somehow exploded, getting sticky tobacco liquid all over me. I ended up pretty sick from it. I took it back to the shop again, and the owner then said it was outside of 30 days, and refused to exchange it. He pointed to a ding on the side(which wasnt there anyway the first time we took it back) and said that was probably why it didnt work anymore. I explained that we had already been in the shop before, and what he did, and that the tank had actually exploded on me, causing a real safety hazard, and he didnt care at all.Its bad enough this guy doesnt stand by his products, but the fact that he would leave that device on the market(he suggested I just buy a new battery and keep using the same device) knowing it is defective and a safety hazard is amazingly poor judgement and bad business sense.Can't see the point in spending money with local merchant who doesn't stand by products instead of just ordering cheaper online.
